The All-Star weekend gives Marie and Connie a minimal number of games to talk about, but they more than make up for it with thoughts and gripes with the actual All-Star festivities and such. Nothing too deep, just initial reactions to what was shown to the viewers. Dustin Brown is a centerpiece of this portion since he was the lone Kings representative. The ladies touch on plenty of topics and throw a question to the listeners. Please listen and give us your thoughts!

After a missing a week, Marie and Connie bring the listeners another episode although they’d wish it was a much better report that they were giving. The Kings have gone 1-4-1 in the last two weeks with not much else to show for it. There isn’t too much fluff in this one but there are a few tidbits in there, so check it out!

Marie comes back from being MIA last episode, and she and Connie return to their usual antics of praising the usual players while vilifying those that deserve it. Since there were too many games to run through, the ladies speed through everything a bit and end the show at a resonable hour. Who had the “best week ever?” Tune in to find out! Although, it’s not surprising… like at all.

This episode is an HS/HS Invasion! This week’s episode found Marie mysteriously absent, which left Connie to take on the reigns. She takes the initiative and invites Greener and Moose from He Score, He Shoot! as her awesome guests. Moose holds his own while discussing his Edmonton Oilers, Greener makes a feeble attempt of talking about his Toronto Maple Leafs, and she is her normal awesome self when the Kings come up in the conversation. There is a reason these guys are on the show, which is explained at the top of the episode, and the general merriment extends the show past the normal recording time. Please drop by and have a listen to the madness this odd threesome creates.
This is PART 1 of episode 20.

This episode marked the start of Erik Ersberg in the net for the Kings. Marie and Connie relive the past week and the Kings’ three games against Anaheim, Florida, and St. Louis. They then look ahead to the next three, which has the Kings going against Dallas twice and Nashville once. Marie gives the listener a bit more of her mind concerning the Rinkside View that a FSN executive producer is pressing upon the unwilling viewers. The ladies announce their Player of the Week and end with the usual business.

This week Kings World Podcast decided to meet up and have a dinner before recording. Once the spotlight hit their voices, Marie and Connie focused on how the Kings spent their last week. They reviewed the games against Detroit, Vancouver, and Calgary and looked ahead to Anaheim, Florida, and St. Louis. The topic that dominated much of the podcast was that of lineups; trying to remember them and subsequently complaining about them. After some confusion and talking about other various “important” matters, the girls pick their Player of the Week. If you’ve been watching the Kings this week, this shouldn’t come as a surprise.
